Arrange pottery courses

We are continually striving to add that little bit extra to your holiday and if you have any specific requests we will research the best local option to follow your hobbies or ideals while you are with us.

In addition our barn adjoins The Bridge Inn ,where Peter,Bernie & Dot serve excellent food and beer at a reasonable price. IF YOU WANT A MEAL ON SATURDAY ON ARRIVAL OR SUNDAY CONSIDER BOOKING AHEAD IT GETS VERY BUSY AND WE CAN BOOK FOR YOU. We are 9 miles from Ingleton, where there is a Waterfall Walk, and a flat topped 2373 foot mountain called Ingleborough. There are two caves, Ingleborough Cave, and White Scar Cave, both of which are well worth a visit, particularly on a rainy day. We are 7 miles from Kirkby Lonsdale where there is an excellent supermarket called Booths open 8 till 8 six days a week and 11 to 5 on Sunday. There is a splendid Victorian Fair which is generally the first weekend in September. We are 1 mile from the village of Wray where there is a Scarecrow Festival every year in the week preceeding Mayday culminating in Wray Fair which is on Mayday itself
